IN RE: AMADEO BIANCHI, Amadeo Bianchi filed a post-election protest pursuant to Article XIII, Section 3(b) of the Rules for the 2000-2001 IBT International Union Delegate and Officer Election ("Rules") alleging that he was retaliated against for activity protected by the Rules when his discharge grievance was denied by the Southern Area Freight Grievance Committee. In 2002 EAD 554 (February 20, 2002), we granted the protest and ordered a remedy. Roadway has appealed our decision and requested a stay of the remedy pending the appeal. The Election Appeals Master will conduct a hearing on the appeal Tuesday, March 5, 2002, at 3:30 p.m. We STAY the remedy in our decision in 2002 EAD 554 through the conclusion of the March 5 hearing only. Any interested party not satisfied with this determination may request a hearing before the Election Appeals Master within two (2) working days of receipt of this decision.
