ORDER

This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor’s decision 2005 EAD 15, Francisco Reynozo, et al. Mr. Frank Halstead, a member and candidate for delegate in Local Union 572, filed a pre-election protest pursuant to Article XIII, Section 2(b) of the Rules for the 2005-2006 IBT International Union Delegate and Officer Election (“Rules”).
I have before me a pending appeal in this matter scheduled for a hearing today. In light of the Election Supervisor’s re-investigation of the matter and issuance of a superceding decision in 2005 ESD 18 which vacates the pending decision herein, today’s scheduled hearing is cancelled.
