ORDER

This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor’s decision 2006 ESD 120 issued February 27, 2006.

A hearing was held before me on March 8, 2006. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq. and Steven Newmark, Esq. on behalf of the Election Supervisor, James W. Green, Jr., Local 726 Election Officer and Tres Peel, a member of Local Union 726.

The decision of the Election Supervisor is entirely convincing. Nothing said at the Hearing undermines its reasoning.

Accordingly, the decision is affirmed.
