ORDER

Having scheduled an appeals hearing in this matter for 11am this date at the request of Mr. Lupe Juarez, and having received a notice of withdrawal of said appeal 27 minutes before the start of said hearing from Mr. Lupe Juarez, the appeal is Ordered withdrawn.  This sequence occurred last week as well in an unrelated appeal filed by Mr. Lupe Juarez.  This practice is costly and disruptive of the orderly procedures contemplated by the Rules.  The printing of election materials should now proceed.
