ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 EAD 94 issued January 30, 2011. The appeal was submitted by Anthony Sgrillo, member of Local Union 107.
A hearing was held before me on February 11 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; Gary Fabiano, member of Local 107, Edwin Taylor, member of Local 107 and Anthony Sgrillo the protester.
Appellant on the hearing did not state a sufficient basis to remove TLP Solutions from the Local 807 election administration and oversight.
The Election Supervisor's decision is therefore in all respects affirmed.
