ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 EAD 172 issued March 21, 2011. The appeal was submitted by Darrin Ziemba, a member of Local Union 264 and candidate for delegate on the No Dues Increase - Members First Slate.
A hearing was held before me on March 29, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; Christopher Schwab, Vice President of Local Union 264 and Darrin Ziemba.
Having heard the parties, and for reasons stated at the hearing, the decision of the Election Supervisor is, in all respects, affirmed.
