IN RE: KENNETH CACCAMMISE
Eligibility Decision 2001 EAD 159
Issued: February 12, 2001
OEA Case No.: E0129111MW

On January 27, 2001, Local 325 held its nomination meeting for delegate and alternate delegate elections. On January 29, 2001, Clifford Chentnik, the local's secretary-treasurer, filed a protest with the Election Administrator challenging the eligibility of Kenneth Caccammise to run as an alternate delegate.

By letter dated February 9, 2001, Mr. Caccammise stated that he withdrew his acceptance of the nomination for alternate delegate and that he requested the local to remove his name from the ballot.

The Election Administrator ACCEPTS Mr. Caccammise's decision to withdraw as a candidate for alternate delegate. Accordingly, we determine this matter RESOLVED.

Any interested party not satisfied with this determination may request a hearing before the Election Appeals Master within two (2) working days of receipt of this decision. The parties are reminded that, absent extraordinary circumstances, no party may rely upon evidence that was not presented to the Office of the Election Administrator in any such appeal. Requests for a hearing shall be made in writing, shall specify the basis for that appeal, and shall be served upon:
