This order is supplemental to the order in this matter dated March 8, 2006.
By letter dated March 23, 2006 Arden D'Amico, Treasurer of the Team 639 Slate withdrew a previously submitted statement referenced in the March 8th order.
For reasons stated in paragraph four of the March 8th order, the decision of the Election Supervisor is affirmed.
