ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2006 ESD 125 issued March 3, 2006.
A hearing was held before me on March 10, 2006. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq. and Steven Newmark, Esq. on behalf of the Election Supervisor, David Hoffa on behalf of John Gale, John Gale, Secretary-Treasurer of Local Union 667, Mike McGowan, Head of the Rank and File Power Slate, Barbara Harvey, Esq., K.W. Phillips of Local Union 667, Toni Jackson and Dolores Hall.
During the course of the hearing Mr. McGowan confirmed that had secured the permission, consent and authorization of his fellow slate members to affix their names to the slate petition. For reasons stated in the Election Supervisor's presentation and submission, the Election Supervisor's decision in this matter is affirmed.
