ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2006 ESD 135 issued March 7, 2006.
A hearing was held before me on March 14, 2006. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq. and Steven Newmark, Esq. on behalf of the Election Supervisor; Mike Webb, Protestor; Griffin Morgan, Election Supervisor; Barbara Harvey, Esq.; James St. Peter, Witness; and Tom Burke, Witness.
The presentations at the Hearing disclosed certain issues and fact ambiguities insufficiently addressed in the Election Supervisor's decision of record.
Accordingly, the matter is remanded to the Election Supervisor for further investigation and review.
