ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2006 ESD 131 issued March 10, 2006.
A hearing was held before me on March 14, 2006. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq. and Steven Newmark, Esq. on behalf of the Election Supervisor; JD Jackson, Protestor; and Barbara Harvey, Esq..
This matter, resolved to the satisfaction of the Protestor, was appealed by Maralin Falik of the Election Services Corporation.
Though Ms. Falik was notified of the time of the appeals hearing and given a dial-in number, she did not appear on the call.
Accordingly the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
