ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2006 ESD 193 issued April 20, 2006.
A hearing was held before me on May 5, 2006. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., on behalf of the Election Supervisor, Michael D. Four, Esq. of Schwartz, Steinsapir, Dohrman & Sommers, LLP, Paul Garcia, President GCC/IBT Local Union 404M, Steven G. Moore and Doug Brown, Vice President GCC/IBT Local Union 404M the appellant in this matter.
The hearing in this matter is continued to 3:00 p.m. EDT May 11, 2006 to allow Mr. Brown to retain counsel.
