This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2006 ESD 395 issued November 12, 2006.
A hearing was held before me on November 29, 2006. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq. and Steven R. Newmark, Esq. on behalf of the Election Supervisor and Anthony Smith, a member of GCC Local 404M.
This appeal is dismissed in that it raises issues de novo against GCC International Vice President Joe O'Connor and Danny Myers, a Shop Steward of Local 404M that are wholly unrelated to the protest and investigation of the Election Supervisor herein.
