CORRECTED ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2010 EAD 67 issued January 10, 2011. The appeal was submitted by Deane Western.
A hearing was held before me on January 25, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; Deane Western, Vice President of Administration on behalf of the protesters.
This appeal addresses decisions of the Election Supervisor disqualifying Ryan Sherard and Fred Correll of Local 388M, and Clark Ritchey of Local 747M, candidates for delegate or alternate delegate, and Art Reyes and Daniel Sevilla of Local 388M seeking to nominate or second candidates, all because there was a break in the required 24 consecutive months of good standing under the Election Rules.
During the Hearing, Vice President Western did not offer any evidence that the decisions of the Election Supervisor were incorrect.
Accordingly, the decisions herein are in all respects affirmed.
