ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 EAD 136 issued February 24, 2011. Appeals were submitted by Barbara Harvey on behalf of Tim Hill of Local 690 and Val Holstrom, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 690.
A hearing was held before me on March 9, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; Barbara Harvey, Esq. on behalf of appellant Tim Hill, David Hoffa on behalf of the Hoffa Slate, and Val Holstrom.
The appeal filed by Mr. Holstrom is, upon his application, ordered withdrawn.
The appeal filed by Mr. Hill, growing out of Protest 116, is dismissed, and the decision of the Election Supervisor, based upon the written and oral arguments of Mr. Ellison in the hearing, is in all respects affirmed.
