ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 EAD 159 issued March 10, 2011. An appeal were submitted by Wade Laszlo, member of Local Union 320 and candidate for delegate on the Anybody But Hoffa slate.
A hearing was held before me on March 17, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; Brian Aldes on behalf of Susan Mauren, Secretary-Treasurer of Local Union 320 and Wade Laszlo.
Having heard the parties and had comprehensive discussion of the copyright and campaign speech components of the protest, the decision of the Election Supervisor is in all respects affirmed.
