ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 EAD 181 issued March 23, 2011. The appeal was submitted by Joel Dunn, member of Local Union 299.
A hearing was held before me on April 5, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor; David J. Hoffa on behalf of the Hoffa Slate and Joel Dunn.
For reasons stated in the Election Supervisor's decision and fully explored in the hearing, the decision of the Election Supervisor in this matter is in all respects affirmed.
