ORDER
This matter is an appeal from the Election Supervisor's decision 2011 ESD 228 issued April 25, 2011. The appeal was submitted by David J. Hoffa, Esq. on behalf of the Hoffa-Hall 2011 Campaign.
A hearing was held before me on April 28, 2011. The following persons were heard by way of teleconference: Jeffrey J. Ellison, Esq., for the Election Supervisor, Robert Colone, Esq. for the Gegare Slate and David J. Hoffa.
Following the hearing, supplemental submissions were duly filed by Mr. Hoffa and Mr. Ellison.
Based upon the full record, the decision of the Election Supervisor is in all respects affirmed.
