Protest Decision 2015 ESD 37, regarding the eligibility of Gina Cribbs, Local Union 767, was issued on October 13, 2015 (OES Case No. E-027-080415-SO). On October 15, 2015, Michael Lohman, President, Teamsters Local 767, filed an appeal of ESD 37. By Notice of Hearing sent to all identified Interested Parties, a telephonic hearing was scheduled for October 27, 2015. On October 22, 2015, the Protestor submitted exhibits in support of the appeal. On October 23, 2015, the Election Supervisor submitted a written response to the appeal.
On October 26, 2015, the Protestor submitted in writing a request to withdraw his appeal. The Protestor having submitted in writing an application to withdraw his appeal of ESD 37, and having heard no objection from any party, the application is hereby GRANTED, and the appeal is deemed WITHDRAWN.
