ELECTION APPEALS MASTER

Protest Decision 2020 ESD 35, which addresses related protests filed by the Appellants, was issued on December 17, 2020 (OES Case No. P-044-120420-FW). On December 17, 2020, the Election Supervisor denied the protest and an appeal was filed by the Appellants on December 19, 2020. A hearing was held before me on December 30, 2020. By letter dated January 16, 2021, which was submitted to all interested parties, the Election Supervisor requested that this matter be “remanded for further investigation and supplementation of the record.” See Election Supervisor Letter dated January 16th.

Based on the Election Supervisor’s request, the matter is remanded for further investigation and supplementation of the record.
