IN RE: ELIGIBILITY OF ELIZABETH HAMILL, Local Union 31
Protest Decision 2006 ESD 122
Issued: March 28, 2006
OES Case No. E-06-032-021706-HQ

Ross Peterson, a member of Local Union 31, filed an eligibility protest pursuant to Article XIII, Section 2(b) of the Rules for the 2005-2006 IBT International Union Delegate and Officer Election ("Rules"). The protest alleged that Elizabeth Hamill is ineligible for election as delegate to the 2006 IBT Convention under the Rules because she is a 10-month school employee and failed to pay dues timely during the months that she is not employed.

On March 2, 2006, the protestor requested to withdraw this protest.

Accordingly, we deem this protest WITHDRAWN.
