                                                                        )           Issued: February 22, 2016

Protestor.                                           )           OES Case No. P-160-020916-NE

____________________________________)

Christopher Camelio, member and delegate candidate in Local Union 118, filed a pre-election protest pursuant to Article XIII, Section 2(b) of the Rules for the 2015-2016 IBT International Union Delegate and Officer Election (“Rules”).  The protest alleged that Local Union 118 failed to produce a lumping agreement between the local union an Wegman’s, an employer under the local union’s jurisdiction, in violation of Article VII, Section 1(b) of the Rules.

After the protest was acknowledged by our office, protestor Camelio received the requested agreement.

By email dated February 17, 2016, the protestor requested to withdraw the protest.  Finding that withdrawal serves the purposes of the Rules, we deem this protest WITHDRAWN.
